Partner agreement

We agree the commission and conditions individually in the partner agreement. There is no fee for being listed.

You maintain your car park, handover points, opening hours, facilities and price plans in the partner portal; we review and publish your provider page.

Receive bookings

Customers book and pay online. You see every booking in the portal, check customers in by QR code and receive your share via Stripe Connect.

Requirements

  • Registered business operating a car park, multi-storey car park or valet/shuttle service near a German airport
  • Valet: handover at the airport; shuttle: transfer between your site and the terminal
  • Reliable opening hours and contact person for customers on site
  • Details such as liability, insurance and cancellation conditions are set out in the partner agreement

Being listed is free of charge. Friend-Park receives a commission per booking made through the platform; the amount is agreed individually in the partner agreement.

You do. You maintain your price plans in the partner portal; the prices shown on Friend-Park are calculated from exactly these plans.

Customers pay online when booking. Your share is paid out via Stripe Connect to the bank account stored with Stripe.

Yes. Each car park can offer valet parking, shuttle parking or both, each with its own price plan.
