Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Altora Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Jägerhofstr. 50, 40880 Ratingen, email: info@friend-park.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Note: Under Section 312g(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal in certain cases defined by law, including certain services for which the contract provides a specific date or period of performance. Whether such an exception applies to your booking depends on the service booked.

Parking bookings via Friend-Park are concluded for a specific period (arrival and departure date). Whether, and for which service, a statutory right of withdrawal exists is determined by the statutory provisions.

Independently of this, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed vehicle handover (in accordance with our T&C § 10).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
