How booking with First Class Parking works

2. Book online – Enter your vehicle and contact details and complete the booking – the confirmation arrives by email.
3. Arrive & park – Hand over your car at the agreed meeting point at the terminal – you get it back there on your return.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed vehicle handover; amounts already paid are refunded in full. Later cancellation is not possible via the platform – in that case please contact our customer service; the terms of the respective provider apply.

Die Fahrzeugübergabe und -rückgabe erfolgt nach vorheriger telefonischer Abstimmung am vereinbarten Terminal. Bitte melden Sie sich ca. 30 Minuten vor Ihrer Ankunft telefonisch bei uns unter . 0152 29971504. Bei Verspätungen oder Änderungen der Reisezeiten bitten wir um frühzeitige Mitteilung. Für die Fahrzeugannahme und -rückgabe am Terminal 3 berechnen wir aufgrund der größeren Entfernung und des zusätzlichen Zeit- und Fahraufwands einen Zuschlag von 10 € pro Anfahrt. Durch die Anfahrt zu Terminal 3 entstehen gegenüber Terminal 1 ca. 5 zusätzliche Kilometer pro Fahrt.

Security

Unsere Fahrzeuge werden auf verschiedenen gesicherten Parkflächen abgestellt. Ein Teil der Stellplätze ist vollständig umzäunt, weitere Bereiche sind durch massive Betonwände bzw. bauliche Abgrenzungen geschützt. Der Zugang zu den Parkflächen ist ausschließlich unseren Mitarbeitern vorbehalten.
